ULB Haryana Property Tax Payment: ULB Haryana property tax is a Tax levied annually on properties across Haryana Urban Areas. The amount earned through property tax is spent by the Urban Local Bodies (ULB) to maintain the civic infrastructure in the urban areas of Haryana State.

So, the tax earned by the government through the property tax head is spent on the infrastructure to make the new facilities available to the cities of Haryana.

For example, ULB Haryana Property Tax Gurugram or Faridabad is one such tax levied on the properties of Gurugram or Faridabad City.

Earlier property tax on Gururgam / Gurgaon properties was collected by MCG and by MCF in Faridabad and there were separate portals. But, now the government of Haryana launched a separate dedicated portal for Property Tax Payment, Property ID Creations, NOC, etc. purposes.

How To Pay ULB Haryana Property Tax Payment Online?

• Visit the official website portal of ULB Haryana https://property.ulbharyana.gov.in/
• Now, login into the portal, you can log in through 3 methods:
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Property ID

• The home page will appear now in front of you with various menu options available.

• If you know your Property ID, select the option Make Payment/Generate NDC. In the search box enter the Property ID (PID) and click on Search. The following page will open with 3 options for tax payments.
  • Pay Property Tax: If the citizen wants to make payment only for Property Tax
  • Pay Garbage Collection Charges: If the citizen wants to make payment only for Garbage Collection Charges
  • Pay all Dues and Generate NDC: Citizens can make payments for all pending dues including Property Tax, Garbage Collection Charges, and Development Charges.

• On selection of any of the options, the payment details will be displayed as shown below, snapshot.

• Now, Click ‘Pay All Dues and Generate NDC’
• Now, property tax details will be shown
• Click “Verify the property details“

• Now, the final page for payment will displayed

• Click on the Pay Online Button. You will be redirected to the Payment gateway to make payment
• After filling in all the details, proceed with online payment. You can use a Credit Card/ Debit Card/ UPI/Mobile Wallet /RTGS /IMPS for online payment of ULB Haryana Property Tax.
